i) Look up Video Search results
VideoSpot acts as an e-repository for all the video results you retrieve using the search powered by Truveo.

ii) Add to Favorites with a rating
It not just allows you to store them into your favorites, it also gives you an option to put a rating tag to each video, so that your favorites appear in a sorted order.

iii) Send to Friends
You can also recommend videos to your friends, as well as receive videos from them in your 'Inbox'.


iv)VideoSpotting Points :
VideoSpot has a unique aspect, that of 'VideoSpotting points'.
Just as a TopCoder member gets points for doing well in a SRM, a VideoSpotter gets points for recommending videos, and gets even more points when a friend adds these videos to his favorites list. So, when a VideoSpotter with the highest rating - Professional - sends you a video, that generally implies that the video is more likely to tickle your funny bone, rather than a Novice VideoSpotter's video.

Apart from managing the videos you find and those sent by your friends, VideoSpot also makes you aware about the trends in various fields. You can look up the TrendSearch to keep a tab on the most popular videos in various categories. It is implied, that the most popular videos would be related to the most happening events in the respective categories, it would keep you updated about a trend or event you wanted to follow, but might have missed. Let us say, you are an avid fan of LinkinPark (the music band), but you haven't been tracking them offlate. A TrendSearch in the music category is likely to pop out videos from the latest concert!
